Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

We have two lease terms and three move in dates total:

August Lease Term: 8/20/2025

August Lease Term: 8/21/2025

September Lease Term: 9/16/2025

Residents must move in during their designated time slots or they will be turned away. Please arrive at our tent located on S 31st Street no earlier than your assigned move-in time. When you arrive, please park in the available street parking after dropping off your belongings. Move in times for your assigned floors are listed below.

View The Move-In Map

To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

Turn right on S 31st Street.
Follow the line towards the tent located on your right hand side.
You will check in at the tent to receive your keys- if you are NOT fast pass, you must locate parking and head into the front office.
After you receive your keys, the office team will instruct you where to go to unload your belongings.

Fast-Pass Pre Move-In Requirements

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Move-In Requirements

Monthly Installments

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note we accept payment online through the Resident Portal, checks, cashiers checks, and E-money orders. Cash and paper money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than August Lease Term: 8/1/2025 or September Lease Term: 9/1/2025. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

*** Please note online payments must be made 15 days prior to move in. If you plan to pay after 8/5/2025 or 9/1/2025, you MUST bring a cashier’s check made out to The Standard Philadelphia. Online payments made after these dates will not be accepted on Move In Day. ***

Resident Portal

Insurance

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee or Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance. Pet Screening

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utilities

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. Go paperless and go green! Log in to your Resident Portal to verify your email address is accurate. Providing your email address will allow you to receive a copy of your bill electronically each month. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to the Resident Portal where you can pay your bill.
