How It Works
Qualifying to live at The Standard at Philadelphia as an international student is easy. Prospective residents only need to complete an application and sign a lease agreement!
Guarantor Alternatives for International Students
In lieu of a traditional guarantor requirement, international students are eligible to qualify by providing a valid Form I-20 demonstrating financial support equal to at least three times the base installment amount. Upon signing, residents are also required to pay a one-time base installment deposit.
This streamlined qualification process helps make leasing more accessible for students relocating from outside the United States while ensuring they can secure housing before arriving in Philadelphia.
