How It Works:
- If your F-1 or J-1 visa application is denied
- If your SEVIS listing is revoked
- If your visa to attend the University of Pennsylvania for the 2025-2026 academic year is canceled
You can be released from your housing contract with us—no questions asked.
Simple Cancellation Process:
Submit documentation of your visa denial or SEVIS revocation by 11:59 pm on July 15, 2025, and we’ll cancel your lease without penalty.
