Our property offers two lease terms: 8/20/2026 – 7/31/2027 and 9/13/2026 – 7/31/2027. If you plan to sign with preferred roommates, you must all select the same lease term in order to live together.

Here at The Standard at Philadelphia, we offer spacious floor plan layouts for residents of our apartments near UPenn to pick from, including studio apartments to six-bedroom apartments. With so many floor plans to choose between, residents are sure to find a layout that suits their unique needs!
